    The Great Gordino Newsletter - Issue 271 - Wed 22nd Dec 2004
    ***************************************************
    Hi There,
I hope the last week before Christmas is treating you well.
Speaking of Christmas, this is the last issue of the year, as I will
be taking a break over the holiday period, until 3rd Jan.
The end of a year is always a time when we look back.
We look back over the previous 12 months, to see what was
    good, and what was bad.
Sums up life really doesn't it?
Good bits, bad bits, happy bits, sad bits, none of them lasting
    forever, and life trundles on.
    How has your 2004 been?
Did you achieve what you wanted?
    More importantly, did you try?
Did you know what you wanted in the first place?
All the goal achievement theory and self-improvement theory in
the world won't add up to more than a pile of beans if you don't
start off knowing what you want, and the end result is that
hopefully at the end of every year you can look back and place
yourself further forward than you were last year, down your
    identifiable, measurable path.
Thanks for reading my waffle this year.
    Thanks for your feedback.
I hope in whatever little way it may have been, that I've been
able to help, maybe giving a jolt of inspiration, or a little smile.
Have a happy and healthy holiday, wherever you are, whatever
you are doing, and I'll see you back in 2005!
I'll leave you with the thought of considering your achievements
    for 2004.
    'Til January 3rd,
    Health and Happiness,
    Gordon
